She forces all the time to do what she wants in her life .. she wants to tackle my life .. She wants i always priorities her opinion..... And that's how i lost myself.... To have here feeling good that am not alone who tolerate these bullshits .. ..

My boss got legitimately upset when I used the term “hour cuts” when referring to the numerous hours cut from every section, and sections of the store closing earlier than normal. I was asking a coworker from a different section if their section had to close an hour or two early as well due to this (no communications were made in the store about hours being lost all around, and the news of sections closing early came during my days off, I was simply asking for more info from a coworker for more basic information). He overheard it. He took issue with the term “hour cuts” and proceeded to describe the business failing and saying “it’s not hour cuts, it’s removed hours that the store either can’t sustain or doesn’t need to keep it running”. We’ve been open for 4 months. And it’s quickly deteriorated. Managers and coworkers alike are trying to escape. Even customers are leaving negative reviews about the boss and his wife, who both “run” the store. I constantly push my workplace back injury too far daily because our section is so crippled. I feel like I have no choice but to lift and work with double or triple of what my doctors’ prescribed weight limit is. Because this job is not about customer service anymore, and hasn’t been since the first few weeks of opening. The job, and this is something that coworkers and managers have agreed on; the job is to do everything possible to keep the owner and his wife happy. Or at least not angry enough to fire people out of spite or anger. I know that if he sees this comment, that I’m fired on the spot. And if that’s the case, then fine. Edit: I need to acknowledge the managers. They’re amazing. And are actually very open to listening to the troubles of us employees. Many of them are incredibly supportive and understanding. And I am very grateful for them to be looking out for us subordinates.

First there was my first narc experience with my gf in the first yr of university. Second my mother. Third my brother and his wife Fourth my wife See me I have a heart made by angels in heaven but a face and a mind made by satan for he who dares and begs to see the other side of my face. Want to defeat a narc you have to become one and give them a taste of their own medicine. It’s not that difficult when you are a natural born sigma. They want trauma hell I am ready. They want to gas light I am a natural born expert at that. The smear hell I know how to turn the tables on them. Simply put they fucked with the wrong guy. Gf went crazy. Brother and his wife fell seriously I’ll then with a stroke now unable to move. Mother got cancer Wife a mental breakdown and a narcissistic collapse. I am not proud for what I did but they sure as hell asked for it.

Living with a toxic husband is so frustrating because they distort reality to fit their agenda. I'm in a constant state of disarray, never knowing which version of my husband is going to walk in the door at the end of the day. It's about the same time last year when I told my husband the children I will like to go on a family trip this Christmas and he told me he doesn't think he will be available for Christmas as he will be traveling out of the country for work everything was fine, a month before he was supposed to travel I woke up that morning and asked to see his phone to check the time and he handed it to me and saw it was unlocked a message come in from WhatsApp and i opened it where I discovered he had been sending naked photos of himself to someone and was also planning to travel for Christmas vacation with this girl from his work place. When he realized he had handed me his unlocked phone, he pounced on me, snatched his phone back, and smashed it on the floor, but I had already seen it. As it turns out, he'd been chatting with someone but I decided not to question him. I wasn't sure how to react cause I didn't even geta chance to know who the girl he was texting on the other end. I saw a touching story here of how a someone found out her husband was cheating, decided to contact the hacker she recommended through a link she posted here, he cloned my husband's phone without physically touching it. All I did was send his phone number to him and through a remote link sent to my mail, I was able to access all of his texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram chats, real-time call listening and his long deleted messages as if the phone was physically with me after reading his chats I found out he was texting a younger woman in his office and it was clear that they regularly had sex, I have no idea how long he has been doing this cause they had developed an emotional connection that they where planning on spending the holidays together leaving his family. I've had the misfortune of dealing with a handful of malignant narcissists in my strange life; you know, the kind who are 80% the cause of your therapy sessions. One of the code words they seem to use often is "we", because they can't tell at all where they end, and where others begin.

As a narcissist thank you for this video. Now I use these tactics against normal people so others are thinking they are narcissistic and I'm the normal one. So also it proves one of the two thing. Either everyone is narcissist or this tips are fallacies that works on everyone 💩

My mom puts me in so much pressure. For example, one time she suddenly forced me to study all day for an english exam for a job, at my cost of my mental health; I was burnout, sad, didn't enjoy that and constantly crying in secret. She also warned me that she's going to break my property as I was saving money for it to buy (like my computer). I really hate confrontation, not only that but it exhausts me emotionally. As I am still trying everything to find a job whilst being unemployed for 2 years.

A friend of mine has a boss like this - I'm going to share this with them (the friend, not the boss... though he could probably do with some truth soup).

my bf's narc ex smears me to him! Her flying monkeys ( adult daughter) join in ( they have never even met me) She triangulates by trying to get my ex's mother on her side or find out info about us. I am sure she is trying to sabotage us. Yet she was the one who kept discarding him for years. Then as soon as we got together she suddenly wants him. My bf doesn't see her game . She doesn't say anything directly to me so I am unable to defend myself. My bf blocked her as she was messaging him everytime she knew we were together ( 15 times one day) or late at night. Blocking her caused her to involve a flying monkey ( adult daughter) to attack my bf saying I was a control freak. Projection ? Any advice? .

Why should you at all stay with the narcisst boss? The only grounds they have is the artificial evvironment around them. They dominate it via deception. Their position in natural environment is the bottom of hierarchy. Why at all stay in a company that has a narcisst as a boss over you? Just go away.

This is very bad advice. Do not attempt to put a narcissist in her/his place. There is only one objective: retaining your humanity by getting away from the narcissist permanently.

People want to change other people. If they can't manage to do it, they find someone else. Many people operate with a parasitical approach to sociality, where every single thing is in some way exchanged between the social group, explicitely or not. If they can't look through you, and if they feel that you can clearly look through them, they won't feel equal to you. This is because they don't have your capabilities. These traits are just good traits. Other people catastrophize over them, because they can't handle them. That's the harsh truth of us noble-intentioned individuals.

This is the first video that describes perfectly my state of mind. Finally know who I am and how I delt with two narcissists in my life. Thank you for sharing this. I could never stop being an empath, but I managed successfully to breakup with them and heal my wounds successfully so I can continue with my life without suspicions towards other people. Humans are in 99% born good and I believe in human kind. ❤

you should not try to battle with a narcissist, what you should do is find the courage and leave… I have one of the most pathological psycho narcissistic mothers ever, and I had to choose after 45 years of my life to set my boundaries and kindly walk away. It was by the grace of God that I had the courage to do so tried to tell her she didn’t have any empathy whatsoever so I wrote her a 10 page letter kindly telling her that I wish her well and that I am leaving because of my mental health and my stability , she will go to her grave miserable unless she surrender her life to Jesus Christ and she’s about to be 90 years old. That’s the sad part she has suffered from the devils game of narcissism all her adult life and refuses to seek help so it is not my doing to try to battle narcissist you are better off staying and walking away.. Your health is more important than trying to change somebody who doesn’t want to be changed!! I believe I was with a narcissus for just under 2 years ,they are complete self centred person, they drain your bank account and your soul, I started to slowly stop the supply, unit they couldn't cope with out me then I took the car of mine she believe was hers then blocked her.im not a nasrty person it was hard for me ,now I'm being told I'm a controlling person,

My boss shorter than me 170cm yet Think himself as a gangster and badmouth my Hometown whereas his Home town in rural area. In short he doesn't know his root. Such as when he blames me on something i doesn't do and react like a child when i fight him. Calling me to his office to lecture me but i react arrogant to arrogant people and if he punch me that day im not gonna back down. Im glad my contract with that company ended😂.

Today is day 15 no conact but he still calls me. i ignore his calls and i just feel a bit relieved, hoping i am forever done with him. He doesnt love me and uses me for sex and household chores. He mocks me, laugjs at me, makes fyn of ne and calls me names, never tells ne he loves me. im better alone.
